When I signed up for Cox Communication Bundle, I paid for it in Advance Before they ever installed one thing.  Every Month The bill is between $200.00 and $400.00, without ordering extra movies, making very few phone calls or Long Distance Calls and excessive Internet usage.  My Bill should only be around $125.00 for the added features of call blocking and Caller ID. Nothing More or less. Other Cox Customers have the same complaints.  Don't bother going to the Corporate office in Atlanta either, they pay no attention.  If you discontinue Service they charge you for the balance of the year!

DON'T Believe not One Word of the False Advertising Hype of $99.00 or less per month for the Bundle Package!  Cos also claims to give you certain other stations like Starz for free if you don't cancel for a year!  Lies, Nothing But Lies.  BUYER BEWARE! Report them to Federal Trade Commission, The Attorney General's Office and Federal Trade Commission.  I hope some greedy Law Firm, takes up the cause of Consumers and File a Class Action Law Suit against them and reimburse every last Client they have!

Thank you for your willingness to assist me with this persistant billing problem.  I have exhausted every effort here, in nevada with their Billing Department, contacted Atlanta and  a Mr Salerno for Cox Executive offices in Las Vegas.  I have reported it to Federal Trade Commission and have refferred them to all the other reports on the ripoff report.  Again thank you!
