Breach of contract in not performing work or completing work as promised.
Subcontractors who he did engage were not paid and were given bad checks.
Lied about intent to do work, about crews enroute, about costs for work performed.
Not registered to do business in state where work was to be performed.
Admitted using owner money to pay for other projects.
Falsified weekly draws.
