Cottage Inn Pizza During the crisis going on this company chooses to have corporate office people running the stores and not the employees. They would rather keep a group of employees that make close to $28/hr in the store. Ann Arbor Michigan
The company has chosen to put 2 corporate office people in the store rather than the regular employees. The corporate staff makes about $28/hr. The company has chosen to pay almost $56/hr to keep the stores open. Why not lay off the corporate staff and keep the regular employees. When I mentioned it to the company I was removed from the schedule.
I have been a dedicated employee for almost a year. Being called into work. Staying later when other people call off or don't show up. But this is how I have been rewarded.
I know these are tough times. But to treat your staff with total disrespect shows the true company. They have not made good decisions before. But this time they have gone too far!!!!
