Cosmetique is a ripoff; Unable to cancel membership. Palatine, Illinois
Since 0502 I have tried to cancell my membership. I have written them several times, refused an order after 2 or 3 "cencel please" notices on statements. Late charges have been added. I have tried calling but after 15-20 minutes on hold refuse to waste any more of my valuable time.
I have cancelled this membership twice in the past with no problems and resumed membership after several months. What is their problem?

I also have been ripped off by this company and looking over things there are thousands more who have. I have ended up paying over $60.00 for things I have never seen. When I contacted hem their response was "Oh Well, That is not our problem."
