The document that you get in the mail is cleverly designed to look just like a U.S. government "bill". It has official-looking barcodes, your business name, address, even a bogus "Buiness ID" number. They tell you that you must send $84 for some printed posters, or you will be "out of compliance". Here's where I found out that it's really a scam:

This one is sent as a "Notice", and definitely gives the impression of a demand for payment. It carries all kinds of warnings about fines and penalties for failure to comply. This stuff is preying on people's fears to con them out of their money.
