Your information regarding Declaratory Judgments has an extremely troubling error and in my case. resulted in a lawsuit that I should have never filed. Your ERROR is as follows:  "Declaratory judgment actions are an exception to this rule [which requires an injury for a lawsuit] and permit a party to seek a court judgment that defines the parties' rights before an injury occurs." I recently filed a Complaint for Declaratory Judgment in federal court and learned you must have an injury. Posting incorrect information on your part is clearly reckless. By the way, I can prove you are wrong and I can send you a Court Order that proves it. Thank you.

By the way, I emailed and left a voice message with this organization and they never exercised the decency to contact me. Moreover, Google legal searches put this organization at the top of a search list which is quite unfortunate. I also noticed they don't include case citations which makes it difficult to corroborate their information. Folks, be very careful using this website. I no longer trust the accuracy of its information. Thank you.
