Problem: Originally placed an order with company for driver and pillion seat for an 2007 Triumph Daytona 675 motorcycle. Order was placed back in May 08 (first week) company charged account for total then. Both seats were not finished until 6-01-08, received product on 6-4-08. Both seats were defective in their design as direct replacements to the seats on the motorcycle.

I was able to eventually get the front seat to fit after bending their front mounting point and adjusting the locking latch. The rear portion of the seat which is separate was incorrectly designed as the mounting point is not accessible. I called their help line immediately, was asked to send pictures which I did, waited over a week to hear back and re-emailed them asking what the status was.

I was told then that they had poured to much "glass" (fiberglass) and that they had another one in their California office that they would send me. When I asked when I could expect it I was told that they would find out and let me know the following week. I waited. I re-emailed them again and they told me it should be shipped on Monday the 9th of June. I emailed them again the following Friday the 13th and told them that if I didn't hear back from someone by the end of the week that I would file a dispute on the charges with my Bank. This I intend to do.

I have emailed both their website contact and the customer service person "JK" numerous times last week and this week without a reply. I still have not as of today heard when I can expect a replacement for a product that I cannot use and have already paid for.
