Complaint Review: Cook Chiropractic William Cook

William Cook adjusted me incorrectly about 10 times. Bill Cook adjusted the hip that was fine and left the hip out of adjustment still out of adjustment. This has caused severe pain in my hips and lumbar. I requested Bill Cook (face to face) that he do 10 correct adjustments hopefully to undue some of the damage free of charge. Bill Cook's response was "NO". Bill Cook took XRAYS (which he insisted be done) and still screwed me up. Cook Chiropractic, William Cook is a danger and a menace to unsuspecting patients. BEWARE AVOID COOK CHIROPRACTIC, WILLIAM COOK DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING!! Cook is also a Life Chiropractic college graduate that had lost its accreditation for its inadequacies.
