On 04/04/2018, I acquired a debt consolidation loan to pay off my Conn's account and other debts.  I was told by the loan company that they were required to write the check to Conn's based on the balance that showed on my credit report - which was $1,893.00.  However, the credit report did not reflect the last two payments I'd made to Conn's.  The actual amount I owed Conn's on 4/4/18 was $1,682.54.  I was told my the clerk who took my payment that a refund of $210.46 would be issued in 7-10 days.  Today is 5/18/2018.  It's been kover 6 weeks (43 days) since my Conn's account was paid off and I still have not received the $210.46 refund.  I've called Conn's several times, but all I ever get is excuses from them.  I talked to Conn's again today and was told that a new refund request would be resubmitted.  This is the 3rd time I've been told this.  

Additionally, when I bought the TV last year, the sales person told me I'd need to purchase an $89 HDMI Monster cable, otherwise the TV would not work.  The cable was not needed.  When I tried to return the cable for a refund, they refused to take it back and credit my account.  I've been stuck with an $89 cable that I never needed and never used.
