Compuserve Ripoff is billing me for 1 month of service that was cancelled Internet
I canceled my service with comupserve on the last day of the billing cycle. I was told that I would be billed for the month anyway, because you have to cancel BEFORE the end of your billing period. BEWARE this rule is found in the small print of the agreement you approve when signing up for this service. Now I am stuck paying for a month of service that is cancelled will not be used. They will not pro-rate and credit the difference like other companies do. If you have Compuserve MAKE SURE YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE END OF YOU BILLING DATE - or you will be RIPPED OFF TO.
