CompUSA Ripoff Refuses to honor rebates Scottsdale Arizona

This comany has refused to honor a rebate. I waited 12 weeks before following up. After I inquired, I was told that a 3rd party handles all these requests, and given an 800# to call. The people at the rebate center were very nice, but could not help. They had no record of my rebate. My ONLY option was to resubmit all the required information (impossible since the rebate required ORIGINAL Upc codes and recipits). CompUSA has taken the line that, it isn't our fault, the mail must have done it, it's our vendor's fault.... and on and on. Long and short, they advertise a rebate, and won't stand behind it at all. Makes you wonder what would happen with faulty computer products, doesn't it??
