Complaint Review: CompUSA Erebates

I bought an Intel PC and sign up for SBC DSL back in 12-10-06.I suppose to get $200 rebate for this deal.
The web status indicates that I'm NOT qualified.
I call in numerous times and hear all kinda of excuses:
- have to wait for 21-day since the day I bought
- have to wait for 30 day for the service to be completed
- your purchase are eligible and we will escalate to the manager to get it approved
- you have to wait for corporate approval
- you need to fax in your receipt and your phone bill.
- there is nothing we can do, you just need to be patient and wait.
- blah, blah, blah ...

Up to today (2-8-07),
- the status is still "NOT qualified"
- I have no idea when it's "approved"
- I'm not even sure that it's even on file for investigating.
