Complaint Review: Comp-recycle

We ordered a small computer part for $15. They charged $13.75 for USPS shipping (which actually cost under $5). It arrived used and dead as a doornail. Although they responded promptly to two emails before we received our order, once the postman had our check, they never responded to another email.

Their website, which does not list an address or phone number, states that returns must have an RMA number (which they won't give), and that they will submit a draft to the bank of any customer who stops payment on their check.
