On December 3, 2002 I ordered a Seagate hard drive from Comp-Recycle. They sent a Quantum drive. They gave me an RMA number and I imediately sent the drive back on December 6. Since then they do not respond to email. The phone number I have for them is disconnected. This was not a major purchase angers me nonetheless and I have since learned this is a continuing pattern with this company.
