Communications Publishing ripoff cashed my check Did not send book ripoff business from hell New York City New York
The book on government grants was listed on the Cool Savings website. Sent check, Communications Publishing cashed it, but no book. In looking at other RipOff reports it appears that many others have experienced the same thing. The New York City Police should be notified. These clowns are minting free money!
