Complaint Review: Commerce Payment Systems

Commerce Payment Systems  Ripped our 2 companies off of thousands of dollars Internet

This company is totally shadddy! We signed up both of our companies with this Bogus credit card processing company believing they are a legit company. Not true. After nearly 2 months of them processing our credit cards we have still yet to have any of this money deposited into our bank. They have thousands of dollars that is ours.  When after several attempts to resolve this we still continue to get the runaround. Its almost impossible to reach anyone on the phone, the wait time is at least 30 mins only to be put on hold again. They claim there is still verifying to do...Seriously!!! They never even contacted us to tell us we needed more verification, instead they just kept taking money from us. When we realized no money was going into our account we immediately contacted Commerce, faxing several documents to them verifying who we are with no avail. We now have hired a lawyer and went to the prosecutor. I would not recommend this company to anyone. As a matter of fact BEWARE.
