Complaint Review: Collectors Auctions

They sold me a Taurus 454 raging bull which I paid for, $875.99 with shipping and fees, asked them to consign and resell for me, then was advised the it accidentally was sold on another auction site on 6-16-23 and I will get a full refund within 3 days. It is now 8-5-23 and NO refund. They won't call you back, won't answer but every 4th or 5th e-mail saying the same thing. I reached someone by phone 2 times assuring me that it's been issued. Proxibid (whom I bought it through won't do anything) so I've contacted Texas Dept. of licensing and Regulations, sent them all correspondence and still nothing. If you like to be stolen from, then this is the place. I've read more bad reviews than positive and won't be buying a gun online ever again.
