Complaint Review: Coinme

I went to a Bitcoin atm expecting to buy Bitcoin and put into a wallet. The machine took my money did no wallet and I got a receipt. I came home tried to call the number on the receipt but they said nobody is there on weekends. So I called Monday and found out that there is no person to talk to about this. I tried to create an account but was unsuccessful and needed help. I tried the chat feature and was sent a prefabricated link that did nothing ! I was frustrated and now can't find a way to get in touch. They said that Money gram could cash it but I called three places and was told no. What do you do when there's nobody to help? This virtual company is horrible!!!!!
