Complaint Review: Coinbase

I opened an account with Coinbase, shortly thereafter they locked my account and stole every penny in it, and told me they would E-mail a code to get back into my account if there was an account to match the E-mail I submitted. The big problem is they never sent instructions after numerous E-mails and the customer service rep if your lucky enough to get one said he couldn't do anything else if they didn't get back to me.
