Read the Better Business Bureau complaints. I had a similar experience with a “bad batch” of product which turned into a complete nightmare. He came back on three occasions to try and fix the issue with the bathtub so I give him credit for trying but he simply never got it right. It was like pulling teeth to get him to show up too (late / no shows). Now, the tub has giant air bubbles and is rippling (see pictures). It looks awful and is already tearing.

I demanded a refund and was promised one but am now getting the run around with that after weeks of asking and getting nowhere. Now, he is ignoring my texts and phone calls.

Tried giving Cleveland Refinishing the benefit of the doubt and a reasonable amount of time to fix the issue or provide a refund. Unfortunately, after numerous broken promises I finally decided enough was enough and am hiring a different company to refinish the bath tub.

Furthermore, I can’t even find “Cleveland Refinishing” as a registered business on the Ohio Secretary of State website.
