Classic Movies Etc. classicmoviesetc.com Never received product, company will not respond Chicago Illinois
I was looking for a couple of old movies for my husband, and found them on the website classicmoviesetc.com and ordered on June 16th. They charged my card on June 17th, 2020. I sent an email to them asking where the product was on June 20th, 2020 as it still showed processing yet my card was charged.
They replied at that time that it would take 6-9 BUSINESS days to ship. I have sent multiple emails, called them, etc. and they have not responded, although the product was marked shipped on June 26th, 2020. When you follow their link for shipping, it indicates that a label was printed but the product was actually never sent.
