Back in 2006, a partner and I were swindled out of $50,000 dollars on a bogus concert which never existed by Clarence Neely. I have pursued him ever since. At one point catching up with him at a local radio station located in Norfolk, VA. Another person he had ripped off showed up with several companions. They put a beating on Clarence and should have taken him out. Unfortunately Norfolk's finest had their headquarters next door and they could not finish the work on Clarence. This guy is a true piece of garbage, liar, swindler and should not be trusted in any way, shape, fashion or form. One thing is certain, I will recover my money from Clarence Neely a/k/a Khalil, Khalil Malik before he leaves this earth.
