Civic Center Dental Associates owes me money
Civic Center Dental Associates in Scottsdale Arizona owes me $255.80. They have been aware of this since 1-6-00 and they haven't paid me my money back. My phone calls and visits haven't had any results. I have a computer printout that states that they owe me $126.69. In addition I have a cancelled check for $128.00 that they never gave me credit for. I have brought a copy
of this check to their office.
Please, help me get my money back!

We have not had a patient at this office by the name of Petra Kennedy. This is a false accusation, and needs to be removed from this website immediately!
Our office prides itself on Integrity, Quality, and Individualized patient care. On several occasions we have gone out of our way to please our patients, and give them the best dental care possible.
There is no truth to these allegations and this has been forwarded to our Attorney for review.
