Complaint Review: Citifinancial Auto

Citifinancial Auto Trying to make us pay money not owed by us to get my car title. Car was bought in 2007, 10 years ago and still no title! Coppell Nationwide

 My car was purchased in 2007. I bought the disability insurance with it. I became disabled 3 years after the purchase. Resource Life paid my payments but paid late every month. All car payments were paid but late fees were not. Citifinancial Auto is obviously still holding my title due to Resource Life's untimely manner of making payments. Its been 10 years, I WANT MY TITLE and if I end up getting a lawyer it will cost Citifinancial Auto more than just my title and the negativity on my and my husband's credit record!
