Contacted the BBB in regards to a complaint with td auto finance and a Jennifer Lucas that seemingly lied to Cindy Rigdon saying I didn’t have an account with td auto finance. Attempted to give documents to Cindy that showed info that was false as all I was looking for was a current account in 2/2018 for an Audi I financed. This bank said I only had an old loan with them and I knew I had a new one. Cindy was useless in my opinion bc she took the information of Jennifer Lucas there -where as I was showing her that I indeed had an account with the company I filed a complaint on. Telling me that maybe the dealership messed up. They messed up a lot but I did have a current account with td auto finance. Cindy took the info Jennifer Lucas gave and closed the case when I never heard from the bbb prior to that - only heard from Jennifer from td auto finance and her lies. I finally got help with td auto finance but no thanks to the energy spent in dealing with Cindy Rigdon. She sides with the company she doesn’t update the records with the truth which she has and then says she’ll have to look things over and decide? Decide what? That I’m telling the truth and that she goes by what a company lied to her about. I have all my documents to prove I was telling the truth. Cindy Rigdon is for the companies that are accredited with the bbb she is not for the consumer. She’ll waste your time in the process. Why the bbb keeps her there who knows.

I guess when Cindy Rigdon is told that reviews and a lawyer will be contacted she likes to harass the individual with lies

 Today Cindy wrote me after I told her not to yesterday as she was of ZERO help with td Auto finance who I had the complaint with and told me that the company told her - they did not prove with documents like a sales contract etc with their bank that I was wrong and that the bank decided to finance me later on?

I went to a dealership where I signed with that bank on 2/28/18. They told me the interest rate the pymt and the due date. But Cindy says the company tells her I was financed later but before that I wasn’t financed at all Cindy was told. So basically Cindy keeps getting lies and posts that to the complaint as truth. Then she got upset that today after she contacted me after I told her not to yesterday that I was going to forward my info to a lawyer who would straighten her and the company’s lies up that she rejects a review that I put in last week on the basis that it was a duplicate of the complaint which she has not added the correct info.

I’m not sure if this link will show that I was required to buy gap from that bank on 2/28 and they were deducting that from the payoff. But again according to Cindy and Jessica who she believes at td auto finance I had no loan and then was given one later.
