CIC Credit Monitor Service took money from my account w/out authorization Orange County California California
My bank account was overdrawn because $79.95 was taken out without my knowledge.
My bank was the one that found the phone number for me (1-800-220-2626).
I did call them, and spoke to Crisa(62922). They did refund my money. (I think) or she said that she would within 7 to 10 days.
