A private banker who built up a sordid library of 3,900 upskirt pictures and videos by filming women on trains and other public spaces is spared jail. Christopher Cadman used a camera pen to film women under their skirts on his daily commute into Central London. He was spotted using the device by an off-duty police officer on a train to London's Liverpool Street last year. Officers searching his house then found one single hard drive containing thousands of images, including pictures of women living near his home and at his place of work.
The hard drive analysed by police contained many upskirt folders, with one called 'No knickers' and one called 'Thongs'. They were filled with pictures and films over a four-year period, dating between January 2013 and up until the search on 29 July 2017. Police also recovered a large amount of female underwear, including video footage of Cadman wearing female underwear or ejaculating into it.
The former Adam & Co banker, who, according to his Linkedin profile, now works for Bloomberg as a Vault Relationship Manager, was sentenced to 20 months in jail, suspended for two years, at London's Inner Crown Court; the Judge told Cadman his actions were 'revolting' and 'repulsive', with innocent female commuters caught by his perverse activities. Christopher Cadman has been put on the sex offenders register for life.
