I booked with Chris in July for our NYE party. I booked far enough in advance to ensure we would be accommodated during the busy holiday. We stayed in communication throughout the months.
The night of the event, at the hour someone was supposed to be arriving, he texts for the address! Someone, NOT a bartender, but a coworker at a construction company sent by a friend of Chris, showed up an hour and 30 minutes late, who has NEVER made a drink before!
He was not a certified bartender! I ended up making drinks for our guests along with another attendee of the party. Chris, the owner text me to advise he would take care of me & make this more than fair, I requested a refund! But he has since stopped responding! Never use this company!
