Choice Home Warranty Denied Claim After Finding out They Would Have to Replace Item

I purchased a policy with Choice Home Warranty and filed a claim online.  They sent a repairman out to fix the problem.  The Repairman stated to me that the part I needed was no longer available and the stovetop exhaust fan unit would need to be replaced.  Next thein I got was a noticed from Choice that my claim was denied.  After going back and forth for weeks, and calling, they scheduled to send the repairman back out.  Then the day he was supposed to arrive they told him the appt was cancelled.  When I called and eventually asked to speak to a supervisor, I was passed to someone claiming to be a customer service rep, that told me the claim was denied because the claim was filed before the warranty was in place.  When I proved he was wrong he then told me it was denied because it wasn't covered even after I pointed out that on the web page it specifically stated that (1) the stovetop and ALL components were covered and (2) Exhaust fans were covered.  AVOID THIS RIPOFF Company
