Complaint Review: Chimp Basket

Chimp Basket Never sent me the item they charged me for and then the company disappeared.

I bought a curling iron from Chimp Basket through a Facebook ad on February 24. It was a Chi curling iron and the comments on the ad made it appear that others had purchased from them before. I was charged instantly but was never sent any tracking information.

I contacted them multiple times with no response. Now the company has seemingly disappeared. The website is no longer active and there is no contact information. I was never refunded the money (~$60).
