Complaint Review: Children Of The Sunn Infused Seamoss Gel

I purchased a product from this company. The auto-fill for addresses on my phone merged two of my addresses. When I did not receive the product, I checked the tracking and noticed the two merged addresses and that my product had been returned to sender.

I emailed the company immediately and asked that they please reship to my correct address. They refused. Their only solution was for me to buy more product. No refund, partial credit or reship. They then threatened to sue me when I told them I was leaving honest reviews about their business practices everywhere I could find.

Further, the merchant called me negligent for a computer glitch, has received her product back and is attempting to keep my full payment. I have reported this company to every federal agency I can find attaching her email responses refusing basic best business practices. I also have an open dispute with my credit card company and Better Business Bureau.
