Complaint Review: chicv or Zolucky

chicv or Zolucky i purchased from Zolucky a few months ago....initailly checking due to some problems online that items were being shipped from China long before Covid.....  this top showed shipped from San Francisco....proceeded with purchase of a ladies top.  San Francisco California

So i then e mailed and actually had a chat pop up..... I clicked, it didn't answer for like 20 min I think it was a pop up in error, and they certainly do not what to CHAT with any of us.... after at least an hour of back and forth me stating over and over and asking for dept supervisor, finally I said who is the BOSS there today..... I said I would not pay for postage refund as this certainly was NOT THE ITEM DESCRIBED, I WANT AN IMMEDIATE REFUND. I am contacting my credit card fraud department, that you have taken money from my account for an out of the country unauthrized purchase etc etc.........

They stated they could only refund once I returned under certain mailing criteria, that they listed.....$40-$60 international mail so that they could evaluate a refund that could take up to 6 months.......... I have contacted Discover Card.
