WARNING to anyone thinking about opening a FleetCor account with Chevron and Texaco Universal Card.  I honestly don't know how this company is allowed to get away with the exorbitant fees even when the payment was made on time. 

I have sent payments in a week before the due date and also sent them in next day mail and still incurred late fees such as $215.83 on a $489.19 statement.  Each time your payment is late, they charge a huge late fee, default interest fee and a risk assesment fee.  I finally called and cancelled the card and asked for the last late charge to be waived explaining when I sent in payment and that I have the receipt of sending it NEXT DAY AIR which was a day before the actual due date.  They said there was nothing they could do because it wasn't processed until the day after the due date!  Unbelievable.  They said all of the late fees could be avoided by paying online.  Wait, what?  There's NO WHERE on the statement whatsoever where it says paying online is even an option.  When I asked the customer service rep about that, she said she had no idea why that wouldn't be on the statement, that a third party company processes the payments that's probably why.  Good grief, save your time and a LOT of money and headache by never doing business with this company.
