I worked for this firm, and personally witnessed their lack of professionalism and integrity. They lie to their clients such as exxon and kinder morgan. Their barges are delayed because their boats are so old and dangerous. They nearly had a disaster and sunk a boat. The fleet captain mark murphy lacks experience and managerial experience yet this inept company with its cheap owners like to cut corners. Fires it employess when the problem is that the company lacks horsepower and true resources. Would not be surprosed to see if this company goes under soon enough. I would not do business with these guys. Canal Barge company and Exxon, Sorry you have to work with these guys. They gouge their clients left and right.
