Complaint Review: Chenngdo Shuangly District Customs

I noticed a Facebook advertisement for power tools for $99 dollars.  A very good deal, but they do go on saleat times and I thought it to be a flash sale.  After a month with no tools, I contacted Paypal, my payment mechanism, and on that very day I recieved a 5 cent bracelet in the mail from China.  Paypal sent me a notice of confirmation of delivery and had closed the case.  I sent them all of the material, but they  again denied the appeal within a couple of hours.  I don't think they even looked at the material I sent them.  So I am out the money. 

Last week, I noticed on Paypal a charge for $99 from China.  I knew right off that I was being scammed by the same people and contacted Paypal.  This time within two days they agreed that it was a bad charge and refunded the money.  Today I received a hair tie in the mail with a silver bobble on it.  The same hair tie was described by another ripoff complaint as BFE enterprised.  Another China outlet.  Evidently I caught this one before they could claim that I had received the order. BUYER BEWARE ON FACEBOOK.   And Paypal is not very good at refunding money.  I was very disappointed in their haste at denying my appeal without reviewing the material.
