Cheapcruises.com Charge unauthorized cancellation fee of $100 hidden in T&C MA
I booked a cruise for February 2020 because I received an email stating no deposits required, just a $24.99 processing fee. I paid the fee and reserved the cruise. My plans changed so I looked on how to cancel. After searching the site, I finally found the cancellation policy hidden on the third page I pulled up.
I called the number stated and was told there would be a $100 fee. I told them it was not authorized charged. It was hidden in the Terms. Horrible customer service. I was taken, ripped off.

If this fee was "hidden", how did you find it? If you found it, it was there when you signed up for the cruise. In other words, YOU didn't read the Terms and Conditions BEFORE you agreed to them. Because YOU failed to READ the terms, it's all their fault, isn't it? Still another example of a society going down the drain...it's ALWAYS somebody else's fault!
