STOP Yelling - And Chase Did Nothing Wrong

Stop typing in capital letters.  That's for starters.  You also have no common sense, but that's a different story.

Now, you are a 69 year old woman, not some 5 year old child who doesn't know better.  Were you scammed?  Yes, but that isn't the bank's fault.  You willingly gave a scammer your money in the hope that the company the scammer represented would give you some money.  You fell for the prepaid loan scam, or some variation of it.  It's a scam older than you are.  Do you know why you fell for it?  GREED.  You abandoned any common sense you had to get this money.

Since you are an adult, you are responsible for your actions and if you gave a scammer your money, then guess what?  You have no money.  Whether this was Chase, or Bank of America, or Wells Fargo, or any bank, you cannot be reimbursed for actions you took on your own.  Nobody cares how many billions of dollars banks have; they cannot help you.

Remember this:  You cannot get a loan over the internet.  I suggest pawning some of your possessions in order to get money.  It may not add up to what you lost, but that's your only option at this point until you can get your next SS check.

Second how did you get scammed? Did you get a check and deposit it from someone you did not know?? If so then you got scammed and your money is gone. Chase cannot help you because they are not the POLICE! They have no obligation to manage your funds - that is one you. And what does a pay day loan office calling you have to do with this?? Just more scammers who smelled blood in the water.

SO once again - how did the bank scam you??

The bank told you the first step. Contact the police. Once you have the police report the bank can start to help you. Until then they're not authorized by their policies to start the process of righting this. Also contact Life Lock or a company like them for help in stopping any further fraud and in getting legal help in correcting what's already happened.
