Complaint Review: Char broil grills

Char broil grills Charged my card. product was on backorder so now I can't contact anyone to cancel the order.

Do NOT do any business with Char broil or anything to do with grills online. Very bad customer service to NO customer service. Will be put on hold for over an hour only to be disconnected. Ordered a part for my grill and got an email stating the part was on backorder. I found a part someplace else.

I go to cancel the order and you CANNOT get through to anyone. Emailing them you also get no response. They took my money and now I have to file a dispute with my bank to get the money returned. Pathetic company and will never buy a char broil again.

Charbroil made good and did even better!!

After finding the main contact for Charbroil and filing my grievance with them. I recieved an email stating my product was on the way. After looking at my online bank statement, Charbroil never charged me for it. I would have to say Charbroil went over and beyond expectations for making good on this.

Hurray for Charbroil!! :)
