Wow! I'm obviously not the first sucker. Certs employees can not possible sleep at night. The 2 night hotel promised is just a figment of my immagination. No phone to call, that will get answered, obvious run around. Why is it these people are aloud to continue to rip people off without any consequences? It's just not right!
