Complaint Review: CellularOne

CellularOne....Bad Service, Bad Phones, Bad Customer Service....Just all around bad!

Ever since the day that I signed the contract for my CellularOne phone I regreting doing so. Immediatly my phone did not work, this happened only 1 hour after getting it out of the store. So they gave me a loner phone and when I went to turn it back in they said that my phone was no where to be found (Great).

The I come to realize that they told me that it would have service in Thurmont..where I live and it never did. I couldn't use the phone in the place I intended to use it the most. Yesterday I receive a late payment statement and my bill isn't even due for another 10 days.

I called them and they told me they don't know why I received this. Then they gave me a phone number to call because I told them I wanted to cancel my service and I was on hold for a half and hour only to hear that I could not cancel until the 24th of September. Then they would send me a refund because they bill a month ahead.

Why not just let me cancel now and be done with it, so they don't have to waste my time and theres on a refund. Lets not talk about the hidden costs they didn't tell me about.
