Due to bad health , my husband felt I needed a cell phone with me at all time , so I went to a local cellular phone store to purchase the service, 10/30/02 They seemed very nice and helpful, Helpful enough to talk me into two phones so I could reach my husband if he was out , I fell for it, charged $211.89 for two phones,and placed with Verizon for service.I informed them that my husband may not what the second phone, with a no problem you can return it. Called two days later and was told I had to keep it or they would charge my credit card $500.00 , So I have had this phone in my husband dresser drawer for almost a year and paying for it each month thru verizon. We are moving out of state and verizon has not got service where we are moving and I have to keep the phone until 10/03 with Cellular USA or pay $500.00 , and with Verizon because of there switch tactics another year and 3 months. of course when I switched plans to roam Verizon, told me i could switch at anytime during my contract and not be extended into another one because at that time I had no contract they said. guess they found one somewhere.

Well now I have two phones in the dresser drawer no service available to me in the area I am moving to. and will recieve a bill for the next year and approx: 3 months.Thanks Verizon "" Can you hear me now'' I'm your prisoner'' Can't afford another phone.If you can't give me service then let me go.
