Cellular One Dishonest, Poor service, RUDE Customer service!! Jamestown New York
I have called numerous times to complain about their shotty service, and nothing has ever been done. I get dropped calls 80% of the time. And they have the nerve to advertise "reliable service" The people they have working at the stores in Jamestown are some of the most rude and arrogant people I have ever seen. They lie right to your face, and pretty much tell you there's nothing we can do about it, when you have a problem. I'm just fed up with this company!

I work for CellOne customer care and if your phone is dropping calls a lot there is stuff that we can do...we can either A. see if there is an outage in your area or B. File a trouble ticket for you which most likely will happen. When a trouble ticket is filed a technician will look into the area and see if its a tower issue which most likely it will be. If your on GSM you can always call in and maybe have an OAA Flash sent to your phone which is an update for GSM phones.
If you are on a digital service that could be another reason why your dropping calls. All digital services are going to become worse than they already are...they are very old! Its like using an analog phone from the 80's so renew your equipment get a new plan or even switch to another phone company if your really upset but all cell companys do have updated phones...
Also if the Jamestown Retail reps were rude to you call in and say that you would like to report it to the customer care dept we do handle complaints especially complaints about retail reps.
