Long time waiting for an opportunity to build my credit, I was lied to, stolen from, set up for rip off, misled, and coached into giving out private and personal information. The offer sounded reasonable considering you had to order from a catalog, until the catalog never came.

As you can see, it is almost that time of year, and now my account has been drafted. Unable to reach anyone w/ CCS I am w/o money for my childs X-mas & B-day gifts that I was hoping to order from the catalog. Desporately needing a refund or at least an explanation, I call the company only to be put on hold until I am finally disconnected.

CCS does not even have the b**s to come up with excuses or the descentsy to speak to customers, unless they are taking someones pride, hope, personal info., and what they have left in money. I think that says it all for this very weak, low, and degrading so-called company and its employees.
