Complaint Review: CCS

This company is withdrawing $99.99 from my bank account every month. On 8/1/03 they withdrew $99.99 twice from my account. I have never had an account with them, and do not know how they got my bank account number. They have been doing this every month since at least last July. I can not reach them to talk to them, so they keep taking that amount out of my checking account every month.

The bank has filed fraud charges against them, but have not heard anything back from them.

How do I go about getting my money returned to me?

I do have the paper work that this company sent to me.
