Complaint Review: Ccs Credit Service Division

they send you a credit card up to $8500.00 credit limit plus a cash card for easy access cash, you must first pay $200.00-$250.00 for annual fees etc. they also want to deduct payment directly from your bank account. they make it sound like you can use the credit card anywhere but in truth its only with their magazines/products. also i tried to use the cash card while on a trip and in a tight spot for cash and atm's will not even acknowledge the card.
