CCI Hotel Reservations When I made my reservation online, I was on the La Quinta website. There was no mention of my reservation going through a third party. There is no address listed for CCI on my bank statement. motel reservation price on the La Quinta website where I reserved and prepaid, was much less than the amount CCI charged. Nationwide
This is absolutely a ripoff scam being carried out by CCI, and, I'm not sure if La Quinta is in on it, but I plan to let La Quinta know about it so they can prohibit this sort of fraud from continuing to happen.
I will also contact the Attorney General's Office to tell them that I booked a room Thanksgiving night for the listed special rate price of $95.00. The charge on my card shows up as $144.34 from CCI Res, so watch out. I will be contacting the Attorney General's Office and the BBB and report this BS.
I will also contact "CCI Res" (whoever the heck they are). I tried to call once, but the options on the computer that answered, do not fit my issue. I won't quit until I'm refunded and make sure the AG and BBB are aware of the way this outfit does business.
I hope everyone that has been scammed by this "company" will report it to the AG and BBB.
