I have tried to cancel my subscription to CBS All-access on multiple occasions, they have no mechanism for canceling a subscription if the computer I opened the account is no longer available to use.  They have asked for a copy of my bank statement to verify I have an account and they take money from me every month, I won't send them my bank information.
