Complaint Review: Case W L & CO Funeral Homes

I have recieved better service at a fast food place. The day after my father commited sucide I had to make most of the decisions regarding his final arrangements. Adding to the grief and anger I was already feeling, Randy, one of their directors, did not help. He treated me and my mother in the most disrespectful, cold and indifferent way. I believe we were treated like that because my fathers' funeral was state paid. He treated us like white trash.

Randy made everything more difficult. He was sacaristic and cold. He tried to rush all of the decisions. The worst part was that we were not certain the extent of my fathers' wound, to have a open casket. He wanted to "Play it by ear." He talked down to me and my family. DO NOT use case's funeral home for any of final services.
