Raymond,

I have to tell you I just had the worst real estate experience of my 14 years in the business. It occurred yesterday when your company sold this home located at 306 Millstream Ln. Oswego, Illinois  for $220,000.00.

I represent both the seller and the buyer and this amount is $25,000 less than our agreed upon contract amount which was due to close on September 15, 2017 pending your companies approval. 

I was working with your agent Tika Pike and it seemed we were working toward a positive viable solution for all parties until yesterday when your company rushed to have a sheriffs sale and sold the property for $25,000 less than our agreed upon contract price.

The sellers and I received a letter from your company on 8/18/17, stating that “Net proceeds fall below minimum required threshold”. Which was not true. According to Tika and others within your company, you needed at least 85% of the home value to complete the sale. The accepted offer was more than 85% of the home value which your company set at $274,000.00 (89%).

Since receiving your letter on the 18th, I have called your company several times and only received conflicting information. As of Friday, 8/19/2017, your company has refused to return my clients and my calls.  

I don’t know if you could have your legal team vacate the sale but if you could, it would go a long way to improve your credibility and integrity.
