This company is made up of a bunch lying con artists. They conveniently lose your payments to charge you late fees & if you don't watch your statements closely enough you'll miss it.

We'd been been paying our payments of $10.00 on time from the start, then all of a sudden after 4 months they jumped to $49.00 then to $100.00 WITH late fees. When questioned about it we were told that we were behind on payments & they did that in order to make us current...yet we NEVER missed a payment. They stated we did miss a payment in the month of May, but we were able to pull up our on line bank account to see that the check had cleared!!

In the month of September we were put on a hardship (bullshit) program in which we paid by check over the phone & was told that we wouldn't have to make a payment until November 11th. Two days later, this lying b***h named BENITA ALEXANDER was calling & harrassing for payment. When she was told what the previous arrangements were, she basically said it wasn't her fault, and she didn't know why we were told that but we had to make a payment.

We asked her the name of the person we made the arrangements with & she claimed there was no way of knowing who we delt with & there was no way of telling who it was. BOLD FACE LIE! Any time you're in that type of business & dealing with someone's account, once you bring up that persons information...your operator sign on is logged in order to correct a situation like this. So, here's what we did...the next time the same ms. benita the b***h called & started her speech about the conversation may be recorded or monitored...I told her to hold on because I was going to record mine too, because they don't have their s**t together.

So again she began begging for money & once again she was asked who was the operator we originally made the agreement with. To our surprise...she began to spill her guts by giving the operator's id #AND the company name who they contract with to do their job as well. It's amazing how when knowing SHE'S the one being recorded...she let's go of the selective amnesia & starts to see the light.

She amazingly had an answer to every question, but when she was asked about this web site & all the complaints...she got silent. We asked to speak to a supervisor who agreed to wave ALL of the late fees on our account. We then asked her about all the complaints against them on line & with the better business bureau, she too got silent (go figure).

This company is a scam, and we find it ironic that part of their company name is "cons". Next time you want to get a little bit of progress...let them know you're recording the conversation as well for you records...it's you right !! Good luck to all...and SCREW THEM ALL !
